非结防机构网络直报肺结核病人核查追踪情况分析

Analysis on the Situation of Checking and Tracking of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Cases from Internet-based Reporting of non Tubercular Institutions in Huaibei City

目的分析淮北市非结防机构网络直报肺结核病人核查追踪情况,为提高病人发现率提供依据。方法收集淮北市2008年结核病控制工作月报表,统计分析非结防机构肺结核网络直报肺结核病人的转诊、核查追踪到位情况。结果2008年淮北市非结防机构网络直报应转诊肺结核病人或疑似病人783例,转诊主动到位345例,转诊主动到位率44.06%;经结防机构追踪后共到结防机构就诊病人数743例,总体到位率94.89%,明显高于转诊主动到位率(P<0.01)。结论非结防机构网络直报是提高肺结核病人发现的重要方式,结防机构应加强肺结核病人核查追踪能力建设。

Objective To analyze the situation of checking and tracking of pulmonary tuberculosis（TB） patients from internet-based reporting of non tubercular institutions in Huaibei city,and provide a basis for developing measures to increase the TB case detection rate.Methods Data of the monthly reports of the TB control program in 2008 in Huaibei city were used to analyze the status of referral and tracing of TB patients reported by network system from non tubercular institutions.Results According to the network system,in 2008,there were 783 cases of Pulmonary TB Patients or suspected cases reported by non tubercular institutions in Huaibei city which should be transferred to the hospitals.In fact,there were only 345 cases of TB patients by trans-hospital arrived in tubercular institutions voluntarily.The visiting rate of TB patients transferred to the hospitals voluntarily was 44.06%.However,by way of tracking from tubercular institutions,the total visiting rate increased to 94.89%（743 cases）,it was significantly higher than that of TB patients transferred to the hospitals voluntarily（P0.01）.Conclusion The internet-based reporting from non Tubercular Institutions became an important channel to enhance the TB case detection rate.Tubercular Institutions should improve checking and tracking ability of TB patients.
