摘要
目的 研究瘤内注射188Re-锡硫胶体与乙醇治疗荷VX2兔肝癌模型的疗效。材料与方法将45只荷VX2兔肝癌模型随机分为3组,每组15只:分别向瘤内注射生理盐水0.1ml(A组,对照组)、无水乙醇1ml(B组)、37MBq188Re锡硫胶体0.1ml(C组)。各组分别于治疗后1、4、7天各处死5只瘤兔,测量肿瘤体积。结果 术后7天各组肿瘤体积:A组(4096.12±126.53)mm3、B组(2569.49±64.66)mm3、C组(2169.60±141.87)mm3,治疗组(B、C组)与对照组(A组)比较、B组与C组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 瘤内注射188Re锡硫胶体内照射治疗VX2兔肝癌模型是一种有效的微创治疗手段。
Objective To study the efficacy of endoradiotherapy for Rabbit VX2 Liver Tumor by intratumoral injection with 188Re labeled stannic sulfur colloid.Materials and Methods Forty-five rabbits with VX2 Liver Tumor were divided into three groups randomly(15 rabbits in each group).The rabbits were treated respectively by intratumoral injection with 0.1 ml normal saline(Group A),absolute ethanol 1 ml(Group B),37MBq(1mCi)188Re labeled stannic sulfur colloid 0.1 ml(Group C)into the center of tumors.All the rabbits of each group were killed at 1,4 and 7d after treatment to measure the volume of tumors.Results At 7th day after the treatment,the mean volume of tumors in group B(2569.49±64.66)mm3 and group C(2169.60±141.87)mm3was much small than that in group A(4096.12±126.53)mm3(P0.01),and there was significant difference between group B and C(P0.01).Conclusion Intratumoral injection of 188Re labeled stannic sulfur colloid is an effective mothod to the treatment of VX2 liver tumor in rabbits.
