摘要
目的:探讨初发2型糖尿病(Type2diabetes,T2DM)和葡萄糖耐量异常(Impaired glucose regulationI,GR)人群血清视黄醇结合蛋白4(Retinol bindingprotein 4,RBP4)水平及其影响因素。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附(Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)法测定27例初发2型糖尿病(T2DM组)、27例糖耐量异常(IGR组)个体的空腹血清RBP4浓度,并用26例糖耐量正常个体(Normal glucose tolerance,NGT)做对照,同时测定血糖、血脂、血压、身高、体重、腰腹围和胰岛素水平,分析各指标与血清RBP4的相关性。结果:初发T2DM和IGR人群血清RBP4水平明显高于正常人群,但是两组人群之间RBP4水平没有差异。多元相关与回归分析显示空腹胰岛素(Fasting insulin,FINS)、胰岛素抵抗(Insulin resistanceI,R)和收缩压(Systolic blood pressure,SBP)与RBP4呈正相关,但没有指标是影响血清RBP4水平的主要因素。结论:初发T2DM和IGR人群外周血RBP4蛋白高表达,并与T2DM及其相关临床指标相关,这提示了RBP4可能在T2DM发生发展中起作用。
Objective:To study serum level of retinol binding protein 4 (RBP4)and related factors in human subjects with impaired glucose regulation (IGR)and incipient type 2 diabetes(T2DM). Methods:The correlation between each indicator and serum RBP4 were analyzed by means of determination of the fasting serum RBP4 concentration of 27 patients with incipient type 2 diabetes(T2DM)and 27 subjects with impaired glucose regulation (IGR)by use of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),the results of which were compared with that of 26 individuals with normal glucose tolerance(NGT group). The blood glucose,blood lipid,blood pressure,height, body weight,and the level of insulin were determined at the same time. Results:The levels of serum RBP4 in incipient T2DM and IGR groups were significantly higher than that in normal group,but there was no difference in the level of RBP4 between these two groups. Multiple correlation and regression analysis showed that fasting insulin (FINS),insulin resistance (IR),and systolic blood pressure (SBP) was positively correlated with RBP4,but there was no indicator showing the main factors affecting serum RBP4 level. Conclusion:The over-expression of RBP4 protein in peripheral blood in incipient T2DM and IGR groups as well as some relation with T2DM and its related clinical parameters suggest that RBP4 possibly plays a role in the occurrence and development of T2DM
