摘要
临床上脑中风常伴随着感觉运动和认知功能的缺陷。近年来,许多学者致力于研究动物脑缺血(常用的有大脑中动脉局灶性脑缺血,MCAO)或脑出血性损害,有相关的行为学方法评价,建立了许多操作简单、可行性强的评价方法。随着中风后急性脑缺血阶段临床治疗药物疗效的提高,使用动物模型作为评价特定区域神经学机能障碍的方法越来越重要。通过查阅近年来最新国内外相关文献,对实验性脑缺血后感觉运动功能的评价进行了综述。
sensorimotor and cognitive function defects are often seen in clinical stroke patient.In recent years,many scholars have been working on behavioral methods related to cerebral ischemia(commonly used middle cerebral artery cerebral ischemia,MCAO) or cerebral hemorrhage lesions in animal models,and have established a number of simple and feasible evaluation methods.With the improvement of clinical treatment in acute cerebral ischemia after stroke,it becomes ever more important to use animal models for evaluating the neurological dysfunction in specific regions of post-ischemic brain.Evaluation of sensorimotor function in experimental cerebral ischemia is reviewed as follow through access to the latest domestic and international literatures in recent years.
