氟吡汀在中国维吾尔族和汉族健康人体内的药动学比较 被引量:2

Comparison of pharmacokinetics of flupirtine in Chinese Uygur and Chinese Han nationalities healthy volunteers after a single oral dose administration

摘要 目的研究氟吡汀在中国维吾尔族和汉族健康人体内的药动学。方法选择健康维吾尔族和汉族受试者各10人(男女各半),单剂量口服马来酸氟吡汀胶囊100mg,定时采血,用高效液相色谱-荧光检测法测定血浆中氟吡汀的浓度,用DAS2.0软件进行数据处理,用SPSS11.5软件进行统计分析。结果口服马来酸氟吡汀后,维吾尔族和汉族受试者的主要药动学参数Tmax分别为(1.80±0.75)、(1.70±0.79)h,Cmax分别为(1535.44±398.69)、(1078.09±296.74)μg·L-1,AUC0-36分别为(14343.00±3200.5)、(8406.24±1622.5)μg·h·L-1,AUC0-∞分别为(15021.72±3705.88)、(8971.71±1996.53)μg·h·L-1。结论维吾尔族和汉族健康受试者单剂量口服马来酸氟吡汀胶囊后药动学参数的差异有统计学意义。 Aim To study the pharmacokinetics of flupirtine in Uygur and Han healthy volunteers.Methods 10 Uygur and 10 Han healthy volunteers were given a single oral administration of 100 mg Flupirtine Maleate capsule.The plasma concentratin of flupirtine was determined by HPLC-fluorescence.The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by DAS 2.0 software and were compared by SPSS 11.5 software.Results The main pharmacokinetic parameters of Uygur and Han healthy volunteers were as follows:Tmax(1.80±0.75) 、 (1.70±0.79) h,Cmax (1535.44±398.69),(1078.09 ±296.74)μg·L-1,AUC0-36(14343.00±3200.5),(8406.24±1622.5)μg·h·L-1,AUC0-∞ (15021.72±3705.88),(8971.71±1 996.53)μg·h·L-1,respectively.Conclusion There is significant difference in the pharmacokinetic parameters between Chinese Uygur and Chinese Han healthy volunteers.
