摘要
为进一步观察固金磨积片抑制肿瘤细胞增殖的效用及其作用机理,选用小鼠肝癌22瘤株的瘤细胞悬液接种于NIH小鼠右前腋皮下,随机分为5组(n=10),用药的3组分别以1.88g/kg,1.02g/kg和0.592g/kg的剂量进行抑制实验。对肿瘤标本应用大体测量,光镜和电镜为病理形态学方法进行观察。结果显示:固金磨积片对肿瘤增殖均有明显的抑制作用,并且有剂量依赖性,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.001)。用药组肿瘤有完整包膜,瘤体小,重量轻;瘤细胞核分裂象明显减少(P<0.05),且有再分化现象;高尔基体和内质网等细胞器正常或无明显增大。表明固金磨积片不仅对肝癌细胞增殖有明显的抑制作用,促进癌细胞再分化,还可提高宿主机体免疫功能,具有扶正固本作用。
Objective To investigate the effects and mechanism of Gu Jin Mo Ji Pian (GJMJP) on the growth of hepato-cellular carcinoma. Methodes 50 NIH mice were divided into five groups and seeded subcutaneously with the cell line 22 of hepatocellular carcinoma. Three groups of them were given GJMJP at three dosages, 1.88 g, 1.02 g and 0.592 g per body-weight respectively. Then the tumor was taken and observed grossly, light and electron microscopically. Results The inhibitory effects on the growth of tumor were found in the three treatment groups and appeared dosage-dependant effect compared with the control groups (P<0.05 or P<0.001). Smaller mass and integrated encapsulation of tumor were found in the treatment groups, and the muclear mitosis and Golgi’s apparatus and endoplasmic reticulum decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion GJMJP not only inhibits the growth and promotes the differentiation of hepatocellular carcinoma, but also enhances the immune function of host.
