摘要
深部电刺激(DBS)是一种微侵袭性癫痫新疗法。它通过精确立体定位,在脑内特定靶点植入电极进行电刺激,调节神经电活动达到治疗的目的。早在1973年,Cooper等就对癫痫患者进行小脑电刺激以减少发作。近年来DBS在运动障碍性疾病中的成功应用以及刺激设备的不断改进,使得该疗法在癫痫治疗方面的应用前景受到广泛关注。
