摘要
目的:观察分析鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术联合银夹固定、硅胶管植入治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法:我院2007-10/2009-10收治的慢性泪囊炎患者34例34眼,应用鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术联合银夹固定、硅胶管植入进行治疗,并观察疗效。结果:经鼻内镜鼻内泪囊鼻腔造孔术34眼,均顺利完成手术,无并发症发生。治愈26眼,好转6眼,2眼随访6mo无效。结论:应用鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术联合银夹固定、硅胶管植入治疗慢性泪囊炎,具有疗效确切,患者损伤少,痛苦小,不留瘢痕等优点,值得推广和应用。
AIM：To evaluate the clinical effect of dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscopy combined with fixation with silver clamp and silicone tube implantation in treatment of chronical dacryocystitis.
METHODS：From October 2007 to October 2009, dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscopy combined with fixation with silver clamp and silicone tube implantation was performed on 34 patients suffered from chronic dacryocystitis, the clinical effect was evaluated.
RESULTS： All patients were successfully operated with no complication, 26 eyes were cured, 6 eyes were improved and 2 eyes were invalid in 6 months.The total effective rate was as high as 94%.
CONCLUSION： Dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscopic with the advantages of definite effect, little pain,no scar, is worth of promotion.
