原发性肾上腺非霍奇金淋巴瘤四例诊疗分析 被引量：1

摘要 非霍奇金淋巴瘤中有25%～35%的可侵及肾上腺,然而临床上原发性肾上腺恶性淋巴瘤（primary adrenal lymphoma,PAL）非常罕见,且恶性程度较高,迄今为止,文献报道的PAL仅有百余例[1-2].2004年9月至2009年6月我院收治4例,现报告如下.
