前列腺未分化癌伴睾丸转移一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男性,69岁,主因＂尿频、排尿不畅伴肉眼血尿2年,加重1个月＂于2006年5月25日入我院.患者2年前出现尿频、排尿不畅,夜尿增多（6～7次/晚）,偶有全程肉眼血尿,未重视.1个月前于当地医院就诊,直肠指检及B超检查发现前列腺多发结节,前列腺特异抗原（PSA）2.56μg/L.前列腺穿刺活检病理结果为前列腺腺癌.
