成人腹型过敏性紫癜37例临床特点分析

Clinical Characteristics Analysis of 37 Cases with Abdominal Henoch-Schnlein Purpura in Adult

目的研究成人腹型过敏性紫癜的临床特点,以减少误诊,为临床早期诊断提供参考。方法对笔者医院37例成人腹型过敏性紫癜患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果临床表现的特点是以腹痛、恶心、呕吐、黑便等消化道症状为主,腹部体征与消化道症状的严重程度不相符,伴四肢皮疹、关节疼痛或肾脏损害。结论成人腹型过敏性紫癜的临床表现复杂,需详细询问病史,当出现消化道症状伴关节痛或尿检异常时,需考虑该病并及时治疗。

Objective To reduce misdiagnosis rate and provide a reference for early clinical diagnosis by exploring the clinical char- acteristics of abdominal Henoch - Schonlein purpura in adult. Methods Clinical data of 37 cases with abdominal Henoch - Schonlein purpura in adult were retrospectively analyzed. Results The features of clinical manifestation were based on the gastrointestinal symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, melena and so on. The abdominal signs did not match with the severity of gastrointestinal symp- toms,along with limbs rash,joint pain or kidney damage. Conclusion The clinical manifestation of abdominal Henoch - Schonlein purpura in adult is complicated and it is essential to ask medical history in detail. The disease should come to our mind and be treated in time when gastrointestinal symptoms occur along with joint pain or abnormality of urinalysis.
