穴位埋线对咳嗽变异型哮喘患者细胞免疫功能的影响

The Effects of Acupoint Catgut Embedding on the Cellular Immunity in Patients with Cough Variant Asthma

目的研究穴位埋线对咳嗽变异型哮喘患者细胞免疫的影响。方法采用随机单盲法将观察病例分为穴位埋线治疗组40例,沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂对照组40例;观察两组治疗2个月后的临床疗效及T细胞亚群。血清细胞因子IL-4和TNF-α的变化。结果治疗2个月后治疗组总有效率为97.5%;对照组总有效率为87.5%,两组总有效率比有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组;细胞免疫方面,治疗组CD4+,CD4+/CD8+明显高于对照组,IL-4、TNF-α明显低于对照组。结论穴位埋线治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘疗效确切,可改善患者免疫功能,降低IL-4、TNF-α水平。

Objective To investigate the effects of acupoint catgut embedding on the cellular immunity in patients with cough variant asthma. Methods A total of 80 cases of cough variant asthma patients were divided into treatment group（40 patients） （ie,acupoint catgut embedding） ,and the control group （40 cases） （ie,Seretide） with randomized single -blind method. Clinical efficacy were observed after treatment for 2 months, and then the changes of tumor necrosis factor （TNF -α）, interleukin （1L -4）, and T cell subsets were studied. Results The total efficient rate of the treatment group was 97.5% ,and the treatment group was 87.5%. The number of CD4 ＋ cells and the ratio of CD4 ＋/CD8＋ in the treatment group were highter than those in the control group. The level of serum IL - 4 and serum TNF -α in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group. Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding can improre the immunity of cough variant asthma patients. Acupoint catgut embedding can reduce the level of serum IL - 4 and serum TNF -α.
