产前超声检查对胎儿畸形的诊断价值分析

目的：探讨产前超声检查对胎儿畸形的临床诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析我院2007年10月～2010年8月期间分娩及引产证实为先天性胎儿畸48例临床资料。结果：48例产前超声检查诊断符合者44例，漏诊者4例，符合率为91．67％。其中神经管畸形者41例，超声检查符合者39例，符合率为95．12％。结论：超声检查操作简便，可实时观测胎儿各器官系统的发育，在早期发现胎儿畸形、优生优育中具有重要作用，是临床上首选的产前诊断胎儿畸形的方法：

Objective To investigate the prenatal ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of fetal malformations. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in October 2007- August 2010 confirmed during the delivery and induction of congenital fetal abnormal clinical data of 48 cases. Results 48 cases of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis in 44 cases, 4 cases of missed diagnosis, the rate was 91.67%. Of which 41 cases of neural tube defects, 39 patients ultrasound examination found, the rate was 95.12%. Conclusion Ultrasonography is simple, real-time observation of fetal development of various organ systems in the early detection of fetal malformation, prenatal and postnatal care has an important role, is clinically preferred method of prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformation.
