Application of comfort nursing pattern in the operating room

目的：探讨舒适护理模式在手术室中的应用，让患者能够以最佳的精神状态配合手术与麻醉。方法：对372例手术患者通过术前访视、术中巡回护理及术后随访几方面实施舒适护理，并为患者提供心理支持。结果：围术期患者生理和心理方面均有改善，术后随访患者对手术室护理工作满意度为100％。结论：舒适护理在手术室中的实施，使手术患者心理上获得安全感和舒适感，提高了围术期患者的舒适度和手术安全性。

Objective to explore the application of comfortable nursing care model in the operating room, and make patients cooperate with surgery and anesthesia in the best mental condition. Methods make use of comfort nursing care to 372 surgery patients during preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative follow-up,and to provide psychological support for patients. Results physical and psychological aspects have been improved for all Patients, and all patients have the best comfort status, the satisfaction rate of nursing care in operating room is 100%. Conclusions Comfort care in the operating room provide security and comfort condition for surgery patients.
