眼碱烧伤多次前房冲洗后仍发现房水pH值异常一例被引量：1

摘要患者男性，25岁，左眼及全身多处被混合碱液（氨水加氢氧化钠溶液）泼伤，予自来水直接冲洗，不到半分钟，后未行任何处理。2d后到解放军总医院第一附属医院就诊时左眼视力：手动／60cm。左眼结膜充血水肿，时钟位7：00—10：30近角膜缘处结膜苍白。
