溃疡性结肠炎患者树突状细胞及IL-6、IL-12研究

Study on dendritic cells and IL-6,IL-12 in the patients with ulcerative colitis

目的研究溃疡性结肠炎患者肠黏膜树突状细胞计数及血清IL-6、IL-12含量,进一步探讨其在溃疡性结肠炎发病机制中的作用。方法收集UC病例(42例)、IBS病例(20例)及正常对照(10例)的血清及结肠镜活检标本。应用ELISA法检测血清IL-6和IL-12;应用免疫组化法检测结肠黏膜中树突状细胞的分布。结果 UC患者肠黏膜CD83的表达及血清IL-6、IL-12含量均比正常对照组增加,并在一定程度上反映了临床轻重程度分级。结论树突状细胞及IL-6、IL-12均参与溃疡性结肠炎疾病进展。

Objective To study the intestinal mucosa dendritic cell counts and of IL-6,IL-12 in serum in patients with ulcerative colitis,and to explore their roles in the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis. Methods UC patients （ 42 cases） ,IBS patients （ 20 cases） and normal controls （ 10 cases） were obtained in the study. The levels of IL-6 and IL-12 in serum were measured by ELISA. Dendritic cells were identified by immunohistochemical methods. Results The expression of CD83 in intestinal mucosa and the levels of IL-6,IL-12 in serum of UC were higher than those in control group. To some extent,they reflected the clinical severity classification. Conclusion Dendritic cells and IL-6,IL-12 are involved in the progress of ulcerative colitis.
