颅内小型动脉瘤影像学诊断的研究进展 被引量：1

Progress of imaging study in small intracranial aneurysms

摘要 颅内动脉瘤（intracranial aneurysms,IAN）的影像学诊断进展很快,如三维数字血管减影术（threedimensional digital subtraction angiography,3 D-DSA）、64排及更高级的x线计算机断层血管成像术（CTA）、3.0 T磁共振血管成像术（MRA）的应用,使IAN诊断的手段有更多的选择.同时,对容易漏诊的小型IAN诊断的准确度也不断提高.以CTA为例,有研究认为,当动脉瘤≥5 mm时,CTA的敏感度可达95%～100%;而当动脉瘤〈5 mm时,CTA的敏感度则降至64%～83%[1].
