慢性前列腺炎患者血清和前列腺按摩液中铜锌超氧化物歧化酶水平的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:慢性前列腺炎(CP)是成年男性、男科门诊最常见的疾病之一。近年来有研究表明氧化应激反应异常是其病因之一。本文通过对CP患者和健康男性的血清和前列腺按摩液(EPS)中铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SOD)活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量测定,探讨其在CP诊断和治疗中的意义。方法:从门诊中确诊的CP患者中选取120例,分为Ⅱ型组(40例)、ⅢA型组(40例)、ⅢB型组(40例),以40例健康男性为对照组,分别测定血清和EPS中CuZn-SOD及MDA含量,并比较其在各组间的差异。结果:各组间血清CuZn-SOD活力相互比较,均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。CP各组血清MDA含量均高于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01);CP各组之间血清MDA含量相互比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。Ⅱ型组、ⅢA型组EPS中CuZn-SOD的活力均低于ⅢB型组及对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01);Ⅱ型组与ⅢA型组比较无显著性差异,ⅢB型组与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。Ⅱ型组、ⅢA型组EPS中MDA的含量明显高于ⅢB型组、对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01);Ⅱ型组与ⅢA型组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),ⅢB型组与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:Ⅱ型组、ⅢA型组CP患者前列腺氧化应激水平高于健康男性,ⅢB型患者前列腺氧化应激水平与健康男性无明显差异;血清及EPS中CuZn-SOD、MDA水平可作为CP诊断和判断疗效的辅助指标。 Objective:Chronic prostatitis(CP)is a common disease in adult males.Oxidative stress injury has been found to play a significant role in the pathogenesis of CP in recent studies.This study aimed to determine the contents of CuZn-super oxide dismutase(CuZn-SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)in the serum and EPS in CP patients and healthy men,and investigate their significance in the diagnosis and treatment of the CP.Methods:A total of 120 out-patients with confirmed CP were equally divided into a type II,a type IIIA and a type IIIB group,and another 40 healthy males were included as controls.We determined the contents of CuZn-SOD and MDA in the serum and EPS of each group and compared their differences.Results:No significant differences were found in the serum CuZn-SOD content among the four groups(P 0.05).The MDA contents were markedly higher in the CP groups than in the control(P 0.01),but with no significant differences among the three CP groups(P 0.05).The CuZn-SOD contents in EPS were remarkably lower in the type Ⅱ and type ⅢA than in the type ⅢB and control groups(P 0.01),but with no significant differences between the type Ⅱ and type ⅢA as well as between the type ⅢB and control groups(P 0.05).The MDA contents in EPS were markedly higher in the type Ⅱ and type ⅢA than in the type ⅢB and control groups(P 0.01),but with no significant differences between the type Ⅱ and type ⅢA as well as the type ⅢB and control groups(P 0.05).Conclusion:Oxidative stress is stronger in type Ⅱ and type ⅢA CP patients than in healthy men,but has no significant difference between type ⅢB patients and non-CP males.Determining the contents of CuZn-SOD and MDA in the serum and EPS could be very valuable for the diagnosis and assessment of chronic prostatitis.
