急性冠脉综合征患者TLR-4的变化及苯那普利的干预作用
摘要
急性冠脉综合征（ACS）发病通常与不稳定性动脉粥样硬化斑块破裂、血栓形成并导致冠状动脉血流受限相关。及早发现并稳定易损斑块治疗对阻止或限制其再次发生破裂及降低临床不良事件具有重要作用。目前干预ACS患者动脉粥样硬化不稳定斑块的药物研究多局限于他汀类药物，至于血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI）能否通过抑制ACS患者TLR4炎性细胞信号通路，从而发挥稳定斑块的作用，目前仍不甚明确。
