葡萄糖对原代培养大鼠前体脂肪细胞增殖分化的影响 被引量:1

摘要 对分离自20日龄雄性SD大鼠附睾和肾周白色脂肪组织的前体脂肪细胞进行原代培养,采用MTT比色法、油红O染色提取法分别测定5~25mmol/L浓度葡萄糖对其增殖和分化的影响.结果显示,高浓度葡萄糖能有效促进大鼠前体脂肪细胞的增殖和分化(P<0.05),并以15mmol/L浓度和20mmol/L浓度分别对增殖和分化的促进作用最强. Rat preadipocytes isolated from epididymal and perirenal adipose tissu of 20 - dayold male SD rats by collagenase treatment were cultured in media with 5 - 25 mmol/L glucose, respectively. Effects of glucose on proliferation and differentiation of preadipocytes were analyzed by MTT and Oil Red O staining, respectively. The results showed that both proliferation and differentiation of rat preadipocytes were significantly stimulated by high concentration of proliferation and for differentiation was strongest 25 mmol/L. glucose (P ,( O. 05 ) and this stimulation of glucose for at 15 mmol/L and 20 mmol/L, respectively, in range of
