工会将维权工作纳入党和国家工作大局是维权工作的性质决定的,而非刻意将其拔高。当前工会维权要紧紧把握保增长、保民生、保稳定这一重要方针。重点是引导社会消除偏见,不能将劳动关系不和谐的帽子轻易给职工戴上,构建和谐劳动关系的关键在于引导和监督用人单位遵守劳动法律。
