摘要
以劳资双方签订集体合同的条件作为变量,通过Weka软件进行决策树分析,在劳动关系和谐度评判方法上,体现了劳动关系主体中劳资双方的评判组合,这是双方对劳动关系的心理契约的客观反映,为判断劳动关系和谐与否提供了一种科学的决策方法。
This article takes the conditions of reaching collective agreement between the laborers and the capital as the variables,using the decision tree analysis by the software of Weka.This reflects a judge combination of both employers and employees,and this is an objective reflection of the psychological contract of both sides.This provides a scientific approach to decision making to judge harmonious degree of labor relations.
