摘要
工会服务绩效测评体系引入DEA方法,注重在各参与评测工会对比的情况下考核绩效测评指标之间的关系,从而综合得出我国工会服务绩效。实证分析表明,这种测算方法不仅反映工会各项工作投入的总体运用效果,而且明确提高绩效具体需要解决的工作内容,为考核和提升工会总体服务效率提供了有力依据。
This paper applied DEA model on trade union performance evaluation.It focused on evaluation the relationship among the indexes on the basis of districts comparison.Empirical analysis shows that DEA model is useful for not only measuring trade union performance,but also defining the amelioration direction and improvement methods of the trade union service performance.
