Trade unions must play a role of ＂big school＂ and take the improvement of overall quality of the workforce as a strategic task.It is the new requirements of the Party Central Committee in the new situation to trade union work.Trade unions should strive to do a good job on a strategic height of consolidating the Party＇s class foundation and ruling foundation.Trade unions must make their due contributions of actively cope with the financial crisis,unite and mobilize workers and staff,comprehensively promote the building of well-off society.
