摘要
模拟式教学不同于传统的模拟法庭。劳动争议处理法课程的特殊性质适合模拟式教学的适用并有着诸多的现实价值。文章以此为基础,重点探讨了模拟式教学法的组织和实施过程,以及在教学实践中要重点关注的相关问题。
The simulation-based instruction is not the traditional moot court.The special nature of this course of the Law of Labor Dispute Settlement is suitable to use simulation-based instruction,and there are a lot of practical values.This article focuses on the organization and implementation of simulation-base instruction,and related issues which need to be paid attentions.
