用调整气缸爆发压力的方法提高传动轴的疲劳强度

摘要 16V240型柴油机曲轴输出扭矩存在波动现象,导致传动轴的疲劳强度降低。通过调整气缸的爆发压力,改善曲轴输出扭矩的波动状况,提高柴油机传动轴疲劳强度。分析问题的步骤为:(1)采用AVL-BOOST软件分析燃油爆发压力,利用ADAMS软件分析曲轴扭矩波动;(2)将扭矩波动作为传动轴承受的载荷谱,计算传动轴的疲劳强度;(3)调整气缸的爆发压力,改善曲轴输出扭矩和转速的波动情况,给出能够提高传动轴疲劳强度的方法。 Because 16V240 diesel engine sometime outputs a fluetuant torque, the fatigue strength of the transmission is reduced. Torque output tends to be stable after adjustment of explosion pressure, which brings much high fatigue strength of the diesel engine: An analysis is done by these processes. 1 ) to analyze explosion pressure by AVL - BROOST and crankshaft torque fluctuation with ADAMS ; 2) to calculate the fatigue strength of transmission shaft by the torque fluctuation which is used as the loading spectrums;3 ) adjust explosive pressure in cylinders to make a stable torque and speed output and speed.
