摘要
为适应市场需求,吸取先进技术,公司自主开发了4L18E型柴油机,通过气缸盖进气道涡流比、活塞燃烧室、喷油器不同喷孔和孔数、增压器等多种方案择优匹配。在保证排放达标的基础上,兼顾降低燃油耗,提高柴油机使用经济性,使其成为国内国Ⅲ汽车产品理想的配套动力,一次性通过了GB/T 18352整车排放和GB/T17691台架N1类排放标准。
The 4L18E diesel engine is developed to meet market. Several solutions for intake swirl rate, piston combustion chamber, injection nozzles and different nozzle number and turbocharger are designed for the purpose of optimization. Both emission reduction and low fuel consumption are concerned so that it can be applied in GBⅢ vehicle. The model is verified successfully in compliance the GB/T 18352 and GB/T17691.
