摘要
葛洲坝集团公司承担了三峡三期工程厂房坝段及电站厂房1B、2B两个标段的施工。为满足三期工程提前挡水、提前发电目标的实现,针对主要施工技术难点,采取了相应的解决方案。主要技术创新和工艺改进为:施工管理信息系统的开发应用,聚苯板保温材料的应用,制定混凝土施工预警制度,改进模板施工技术,改进廊道施工工艺和厂房大二期基坑回填、尾水扩散段施工技术,采用钢筋直螺纹连接工艺等等。
Gezhouba Group undertakes the construction of the powerhouse dam and the powerhouse 1B and 2B of the third phase engineering of Three Gorges Project.In order to meet the requirements on early water storage and power generation,technical innovation and process improvement are taken,including the development and application of construction management information system,the application of polystyrene board for heat insulation,the development of warning system for concrete construction,the improvement of formwork construction technology,the improvement of gallery construction,the backfill of second phase foundation pit,the construction technology for tail water diffusion section and the use of straight thread connection technology for reinforcement bar.
