导流洞堵头顶拱混凝土承重排架移动浇筑技术

摘要 金沙江溪洛渡水电站右岸导流洞堵头段布置于洞身中段,为四周楔形结构。堵头段衬砌施工断面尺寸大,结构复杂,特别是长达60 m的顶拱异形混凝土浇筑,承重排架的搭设、拆除量大,是制约节点工期的关键。通过采取承重排架整体移动技术,成功实现了大型承重排架在仓位间平行移动,节省了承重排架反复搭拆的中间环节,降低了劳动强度及材料使用量,保证了堵头段施工节点目标按期实现。 The plug segment of right bank diversion tunnel of Xiluodu Hydropower Station is arranged in the middle of tunnel,and is a wedge-shaped structure with a large section size and complex structure.The concrete pouring for vault with a length of 60 m is the key for construction period control as it needs a large number of work in setting up and removing load-bearing bent.After taking the overall load-bearing bent moving technology,the parallel move of bent in different pouring position is achieved,the pouring time,work intensity and material usage are saved,and the objectives on schedule are achieved.
