特克泽水电站混凝土输送系统

Concrete Transfer System for the Construction of Tekeze Hydropower Station

为满足主合同总进度要求及总体施工组织设计需要,根据特克泽水电站工程地质地条件,设计布置了3台200 kN的无塔辐射式缆机,其混凝土输送系统水平运输采用液压传动准轨内燃机车,垂直运输采用辐射式缆机。运行中对辐射式缆机进行了技术改造,结果比较成功;但也存在运行人员配置不足、工作时间长、左右岸没有设计交通通道、工地电网不稳、施工现场照明不足等施工安全隐患。

The concrete transfer system for Tekeze Hydropower Station consists of three units of 200 kN non-tower radiationtype cable tram for the vertical transportation and a hydraulic transmission diesel locomotive for horizontal transportation.In the actual construction of project,the cable tram is improved and the result is successful.There are also some safety problems at construction site,such as insufficient operating personnel,long working hours,non traffic channel in two banks,instable power supply and inadequate lighting.
