摘要
混凝土泵送设备可同时进行混凝土的水平、垂直运输,能克服其他混凝土入仓方式无法解决的困难。根据混凝土泵送可靠性的要求,对组成混凝土的骨料级配、水泥和混凝土坍落度进行了分析,探讨了泵送混凝土原材料与混凝土可泵性的关系,提出了合理配管和布管的要求,以及防止堵塞、排除堵塞的措施,满足了混凝土工程施工的需要。
Concrete pumping equipment can overcome the difficulties can not being solved by other concrete placement method.For meeting the reliability requirements of concrete pumping,the composition of concrete aggregate,cement,and concrete slump are analyzed,and the relationship between raw material and the pumpability is studied.The reasonable piping and pipeline layout and the measures for preventing clog and eliminating blockage are also introduced herein for actual application.
