摘要
分析了抽水蓄能电站在电力系统中的事故备用作用及替代效益。通过算例分析,详细测算了抽水蓄能电站的替代效益,量化了抽水蓄能电站在电力系统中的财务效益,在此基础上,提出了在现行电力体制下不推动电价上涨实现抽水蓄能电站投资回收的具体方法。
The pumped-storage power station has stand-by function and replacement benefit in the power system.The replacement benefit of pumped-storage power station was calculated and the financial benefit in power system was quantified by a case study.The methods are proposed to achieve the investment recovery of the pumped-storage power station without increasing electric rate.
