摘要
对大化水电站扩建工程圆筒式地面厂房施工期的温度场及温度应力进行了全过程三维有限元仿真分析,得到厂房温度场及温度应力变化的一般规律,提出了可行的温控防裂措施。仿真结果表明,应减少通水冷却区顶部通水时间,或降低通水冷却区上部混凝土的浇筑温度,以减小上下层温差;对于冬季浇筑的混凝土应加强表面保温工作,以减小内外温差。仿真结果对地面厂房混凝土的温控防裂设计有参考价值。
The temperature field and thermal stress of cylindrical surface powerhouse of Dahua extension project was simulated with three-dimensional finite element method.In order to decrease upper-lower layer temperature difference,the cooling time of the top area should be reduced,or the placing temperature of concrete above the cooling area should be decreased.Surface insulation should be enhanced for concrete placing in winter to decrease internal and external temperature difference.
