摘要
组织演进意味着合约选择与合约替代。理论上,总是效率占优的组织(合约结构)替代效率相对劣的组织(合约结构)。决定组织演进、制度变迁与社会转型的因素是多元的,不仅是寻利的逻辑结构所决定的人的行为动机在起作用,人的社会偏好或意识形态偏好同样在起决定性作用。单靠新古典经济学的分析框架解释不了制度变迁与社会转型,而应代之以新的历史主义的分析方法或理论框架。
Organizati on evolution means contract selection and contract substitution.Theoretically,high-efficiency organizations(contract structures) always substitute for relatively low-efficiency organizations(contract structures).The decisive factors of organization evolution,institutional change and social transformation are multiple;not only human motivation works,but either human social preference or ideological preference is also playing a decisive role.Then,the analytical framework of neoclassic economics alone fails to account for institutional change and social transformation,so it should be substituted with new historical frameworks or analytical methods.
