官地水电站对四川省经济的带动作用研究

Study of the Development of Guandi Hydropower Station on the Promotion of Sichuan Economy Development

官地水电站位于四川省凉山州境内,装机240万kW,多年平均年发电量110.16亿kW.h,总投资159.92亿元,预计2009年核准,计划2012年第一台机组发电,2013年全部投产。针对官地水电站在建设期和运营期对四川省经济的带动作用进行了分析,并采用投入产出法研究官地水电站对四川省新增GDP的贡献率和经济增长的拉动率,根据电站发电量的环境贡献也进行了分析。结果表明,官地水电站的建设和运营对四川省经济增长能起到积极的带动作用。

Guandi Hydropower Station is located in Liangshan of Sichuan Province,with a installed capacity of 2 400 MW and annual average electricity generation of 11.016 TW.h.The gross investment reaches 15.992 billion RMB.The project is intending to be approved in 2009.The first unit is scheduled to be commissioning in 2012,and the project is planned to be completed in 2013.This article discusses the functions of Guandi Hydropower Station during construction and operation in promotion of economy development of Sichuan Province.The contribution to GDP rate and economic growth rate increases of Sichuan by Guandi Hydropower Station are analyzed by applying input-output theory.The contribution of electricity generation to environment is also analyzed.The result shows that the construction and operation of Guandi Hydropower Station will greatly promote the economy development of Sichuan Province.
