摘要
基于对流延薄膜收卷平整,无褶皱的要求,在薄膜收卷前,设置机械式展平装置——弯辊。弯辊在垂直于薄膜运动的方向上牵伸薄膜,起到展平薄膜的作用。研究了弯辊在展平薄膜过程中的基本原理,推导出与薄膜材料和薄膜宽度关联的展平力的数学公式。讨论了弯辊的形状尺寸对薄膜展平的影响,以及薄膜在弯辊上合适的包角范围。对实际生产中薄膜的展平提供了指导和分析的依据,并对薄膜的数值分析和优化设计建立了可靠的数学模型。
Based on the request of winding flat,non-folded of cast-film,set up a mechanical flattening devices——bending-roll before film rolling up,as film at the perpendicular direction of film movement,bending-roll plays the role of flatting.The paper studied on the basic principles in the process of flattening;derive the mathematical formula of flattening force associated with the film materials and film width,further studied on the shape and size of the bending roll,that impact with flattening as well as the appropriate angel of film on the roll.It provides the guidance and analysis to the actual production of film flattening,and establishes a reliable mathematical model to optimal design and numerical analysis of the film in practical production.
