摘要 文章介绍了超声波电机定转子的面接触-库伦摩擦模型。利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对直径60 mm RTWUSM定子进行模态分析得出电机的工作模态。对定子和转子进行满足面接触-库伦摩擦条件的仿真分析,分析了预压力对电机性能的影响,将理论结果与仿真计算得到的结果进行比较。分析结果表明,利用ANSYS软件对超声波电机进行分析是一种有效的方法。 The ultrasonic motor′s stator-rotor surface contact-coulo friction model was introduced in this dissertation.ANSYS finite element method software was used to model analysis of a 60 mm RTWUSM stator and obtained the motor′s working model.The finite element simulation was used to simulate analysis between stator and rotor with satisfied surface contact-coulo friction model,analyzed the influence of pre-pressure on motor feature as well as compared the theory results with the simulation results.The results indicate that ANSYS saftware is an effective method in the ultrasonic motor analysis.
