摘要
文章介绍了超磁致伸缩镗削加工非圆柱孔控制系统上位机软件设计过程,基于LabVIEW软件开发了上位机人机界面及数据预处理模块,利用等角度圆弧逼近法实现了对非圆柱孔横截面椭圆型线的处理。给出了控制系统上位机与下位机DSP的通信协议,实现了RS-232串行通信程序。
This paper designs the host computer software of control system of ultra-magnetostrictive boring-cutting processing non-circular cylindrical hole.Based on LabVIEW software graphical programming language,a human-computer interface and data pre-processing module are designed,using uniform angle approaching method to handle elliptic curve of non-circular cylindrical hole cross-section.The communication protocol between host computer and slave computer of the control system and the RS-232 serial communication program are designed.
