摘要
合理的设施布置能够节省物料搬运费用,缩短生产周期,加快流动资金周转。在对LH企业生产车间设施布置现状调研分析的基础上,针对该企业存在的物流不畅的问题,以公司主要产品的加工工艺为切入点,测定物料在车间内部与车间之间的物流量与搬运距离,并归纳出问题的症结在于车间设施布置不合理。运用系统布置设计(SLP)方法对车间设施布置进行改善,通过对比车间改善前后物料搬运状况,明确了系统布置设计方法改善方案的有效性。
Logistics cost is an important part of manufacturing cost.The layout of shop facilities will effect the logistics cost of enterprises directly.This paper summarizes the reason leaded poor Logistics is unreasonable facility layout,after measuring the logistics capacity in the workshop and among the workshops.This paper uses the method of SLP to improve the layout of a shop facility,and then presents an optimum proposal.Finally it has been successfully used to solve the logistics bottleneck of this shop in the enterprise,after comparing the condition of workshop before and after improving.
