多沙唑嗪片的HPLC测定

HPLC DETERMINATION OF DOXAZOSIN TABLETS

采用Ｌｉｃｈｒｏｓｐｈｅｒ ６０ ＲＰ－ｓｅｌｅｃｔＢ色谱柱，以ＨＰＬＣ法测定多沙唑嗪片的含量。在１０～４０μｇ／ｍ ｌ范围内浓度与峰面积有良好线性关系。平均回收率为９８．２％ ，ＲＳＤ为１．０％ 。

Using Lichrospher 60 RP Select B column and UV detector, with methanol water diethyl amine (50∶50∶0.1, pH 2.0) as the mobile phase, 245 nm as detected wavelength, an almost linear calibration curve was obtained ( r =0.9999). The average recovery and RSD were 98.2% and 1.0% ( n =5), respectively.
