摘要
结合上海轨道交通信息化建设的实际,采用信息化规划的策略,以解决信息系统建设中的信息孤岛、互联互通、重复建设等妨碍信息化建设可持续发展的瓶颈问题,并提出信息化规划落地的若干措施,进一步在更高层面上提高信息化业务互联互通、协同工作能力,适应组织的管理需求,保护信息化的有效投资和应用系统的可持续发展。
The paper analyzes the current situation of developing IT on rail transportation industry. With the strategy of traditional information planning, the paper gives the solution for critical problems, such as information islands, interconnection and duplicate construction on existing information system. Finally, the paper proposed detailed methods to contribute to implementing information planning and improving the capability of information services interconnection and business cooperation in a higher level in order to meet management requirements of organization and assure the effect of information investment and continuous development of application system.
