摘要
建设鄂西生态文化旅游圈是适应区域经济一体化趋势的重要战略举措。鄂西地区丰富的生态、文化和旅游资源在现有"行政区行政"模式下很难发挥整体效应。只有构建区域协调联动发展机制,才能有效整合区域资源,发挥区域整体优势,重塑区域形象,增强区域竞争力。
It is an important strategic measure to establish the Eco-cultural Tourism Circle in Western Hubei to adapt to the tendency of regional economic integration.Since the current region-based administrative pattern constrains much the comprehensive effect of the abundant ecological and cultural riches and tourism resources,only through constructing the regional linkage and coordination mechanism can these rich resources be integrated effectively to exert its advantages,rebuild its image and strengthen its competitive power.
