摘要
随着社会功利主义的盛行,针对银行等金融机构的暴力案件时有发生。在这种社会背景下,一些地方行政机关通过运用"当场击毙"的办法与方式大力打击、遏制这类犯罪分子,一时间社会风气为之肃然。但是,面对建设现代文明和谐社会的基本要求,我们不得不从实际的法律功效中及时惊醒,反思这种简单易行的制暴之法,以期构建合法的和人性的科学执法模式。
'Shooting the Suspend(s) Dead on Sight' is widely employed at present when criminal activities such as bank robberies occur frequently,deterrent and effective.Reflecting on the effect of this practice,this paper suggests that legal,human and scientific mode of law enforcement be constructed in compliance with construction of modern civilization and the harmonious society.
