妇科千金片对急性盆腔炎模型大鼠血清IgA、IgG、IgM的影响 被引量:29

摘要 目的探讨妇科千金片治疗急性盆腔炎的机制。方法选用8周龄雌性Wistar大鼠,随机分为空白组、假手术组、模型组、妇科千金片低、中、高剂量组、妇炎康组、罗红霉素组,其中造模采用子宫内接种混合菌液制作急性盆腔炎模型。造模后药物治疗21 d,取大鼠静脉血。采用ELISA检测血清中IgA、IgG、IgM含量。结果大鼠血清中3种免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)的含量,妇科千金片高、中、低剂量组分别高于模型组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清IgA的含量,妇科千金片高、中剂量组高于低剂组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清IgM的含量,妇科千金片低剂量组、高剂量组高于中剂量组、妇炎康组、罗红霉素组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清IgG的含量,中剂量组与罗红霉素比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均低于低剂量组、高剂量组、妇炎康组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科千金片通过促进3种免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)产生,提高机体免疫能力,而起到抗菌、抗炎保护机体的作用。 Objective To research the mechanism of Qianjin tablets to treat acute pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods The male Wistar rats were divided randomly into blank group,sham-operation group,model group,fuyankang group,Roxithromycin group,and groups with low,middle and high dosage of Qianjin tablets.After treatment 21 days,the serum content of IgA,IgG and IgM were detected with ELISA.Results The contents of serum IgA,IgG and IgM in mouse in high,middle and low dosage groups were higher than that in model group(P0.05);the IgA of blood serum in the high,middle dosage group higher than in low dosage group of Qianjintablet(P0.05);the serum IgM in high and middle dosage groups were higher than that in low dosage group(P0.05);the content of IgA in high and low dosage groups were higher than that in middle dosage group(P0.05);the contents of serum IgM in low and high dosage groups were higher than that in mid-dosage,Fuyankang and Roxithromycin groups(P0.05);the serum IgG in mid-dosage group and Roxithromycin group was not significant different(P0.05),but both of them are lower than that in low,high dosage and Fuyankang group(P0.05).Conclusion Qianjin tablets is effective to promote theproduction of IgA,IgG and IgM for anti-inflammation.
