多虑宁颗粒治疗广泛性焦虑症的临床观察

Clinical study of Duolvning granules on generalized anxiety disorder

目的观察中药制剂多虑宁颗粒治疗广泛性焦虑症的疗效和安全性。方法选择117例符合广泛性焦虑障碍诊断标准的患者随机分为多虑宁颗粒组和盐酸丁螺环酮组,两组治疗观察6周,用HAMA、SAS量表和HAMA减分率评定药物疗效。同时观察两组治疗期间不良反应,采用TESS量表评定药物副作用。结果两组患者第1、2、4、6周末的症状HAMA、SAS、TESS均显著下降(P<0.01),两组之间疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),多虑宁颗粒组起效较丁螺环酮组快,两组药物不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多虑宁颗粒是治疗广泛性焦虑症疗效好、不良作用小的中药制剂。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Duolvning granules on generalized anxiety disorder.Methods 117 patients with generalized anxiety disorder were randomized into Buspirone tablets and Duolvning granules groups,treated in 6 weeks.Effects was evaluated with Hamilton anxiety scale（HAMA）,self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and score reducing rate of the HAMA,and the side reactions was observed during therapy period with TESS.Results The symptoms HAMA,SAS and TESS at the ends of 1st,2nd,4th and 6th week between in both groups were decreased significantly（P0.01）,but the differences were not significant（P 0.05）,the therapeutic effect of Duolvning was faster than that of Buspirone,but the difference was not significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Duolvning granules is effective to treat generalized anxiety disorder and is fewer side effective.
