金天格胶囊治疗骨质疏松性肱骨外科颈骨折的临床观察

Clinical study of Jintiange capsules for osteoporotic fracture of humerus surgical neck

目的观察手法复位小夹板固定配合金天格胶囊对骨质疏松性肱骨外科颈骨折的疗效。方法将110例肱骨外科颈骨折患者,随机分为治疗组55例、对照组55例,在手法复位夹板固定以及功能锻炼的基础上分别予以金天格胶囊、接骨七厘片口服,观察比较骨折愈合时间、骨痂生长情况、疼痛缓解时间及肩关节功能恢复情况。结果金天格胶囊治疗骨质疏松性外科颈骨折在骨痂生长情况及肩关节功能恢复方面与接骨七厘片有同样的效果(P>0.05),并且在骨折愈合时间及疼痛缓解时间方面优于接骨七厘片(P<0.05)。结论手法复位小夹板固定结合口服金天格胶囊对骨质疏松性肱骨外科颈骨折有很好的治疗作用,同时金天格胶囊对骨质疏松性骨折的愈合有很好的促进作用。

Objective To evaluate the effects of manipulative reduction and small splint immobilization combined with Jintiange capsules on osteoporotic fracture of humerus surgical neck.Methods 110 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,55 patients per group.Based on manipulative reduction and small splint immobilization and functional training,the Jintiange capsules and Jiegu Qili pills were respectively used,and then,compare the fracture union time,the state of poroma,pain relief time and the shoulder function.Results Jintiange caspules were effective samely as Jiegu Qili pills in the state of poroma and in recovery of shoulder function（P0.05）;and were better in the fracture union time and in pain relief time（P0.05）.Conclusion Manipulative reduction and small splint immobilization combined with Jintiange capsules have a good therapeutic action in osteoporotic fracture of humerus surgical neck,and is effective to promote the coalescence of osteoporotic fractures.
