益气化痰方治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足病气虚痰阻证的临床观察

Clinical study of Yiqi Huatan decoction on vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency of Qi deficiency and sputum stasis

目的观察益气化痰方治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足病气虚痰阻证的临床疗效。方法将门诊58例患者按就诊顺序随机分为两组,其中治疗组29例给予益气化痰方;对照组29例口服尼莫地平片,两组基础治疗相同,治疗4周。结果治疗组总有效率为89.6%,对照组为75.8%,且血脂、血流动力学指标治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气化痰方治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足病气虚痰阻证优于尼莫地平片,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huatan decoction on vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency of Qi deficiency and sputum stasis.Methods Fifty-Eight outpatients were randomly divided into two groups.Based on same basic treatment,29 patients in treatment group were treated with Yiqi Huatan decoction,and 29 in control group with nimodipine tablets,treatment in 4 weeks.Results The total effective rate was 89.6% in treatment group,and 75.8% in control group,and the targets of blood-lipid and Tcd in treatment group is better than those in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Yiqi Huatan decoction is better than the nimodipine tablets to treat the vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency of Qi deficiency and sputum stasis.
