中西医结合治疗植物性胃石症20例

Gastrolithiasis of 20 patients treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine

目的探讨镇静状态下经内镜机械碎石结合中药治疗植物性胃石症的安全性和有效性。方法对20例胃石症患者,镇静后内镜直视下应用活检钳、三爪钳、四爪钳、鳄鱼钳、鼠齿钳、圈套器等器械将结石夹、勒、捣,使其破碎或断裂后,配合中药内服。结果所有患者经过1~3次内镜下治疗,四磨汤加减内服5~15 d后,内镜复查结石消失;结石所致症状、体征减轻,逐渐恢复正常。结论镇静状态下经内镜机械碎石结合中药治疗植物性胃石症无痛苦、创伤小、费用低、治愈率高、安全实用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the saf ty and effectiveness of sedation endoscopic mechanical lithotripsy combined with integrated Chinese and western medicine for gastrolithiasis.Methods 20 patients were treated,using biopsy forceps,three-jaw pliers,four claw forceps,alligator forceps,rat tooth forceps,snare and other equipment to break the stones under the endoscopy with Chinese medicine orally.Results After treatments 1-3 times under the endoscopy and Chinese drugs orally 5-15 days,the stones were disappeared,the symptoms and signs reduced and returned to nprmal gradually.Conclusions The therapy is effective,safe,without pain,light injury,low expenses and high cure rate,worth to be popularized.
