摘要
为了提高高压开关执行机构响应的快速性和准确性以及为后端弹力的准确检测提供分析依据,研究了机构杆长制造误差对机构输出角度的影响,通过给定不同的输入角得出了执行机构中不同杆件的杆长制造误差对输出角的影响特性,研究结果对杆长制造误差的合理分配提出了参考依据.
In order to improve a quick response and accuracy of power switch executive mechanism and provide an analysis basis for correct detection of back-end elasticity,this paper conducts a research on the impact of output from manufacturing error,and reaches the conclusion that manufacturing error of different rod lengths of executive mechanism has an effect on the output angles by means of given different input angles. The result of the analysis provides a reference basis for the rational distribution of manufacturing error of the rod length.
