摘要 随着LED芯片发光效率和散热技术的快速提升,显示屏分辨率越来越高,目前填充因子系数已达到10%。当填充因子系数超过10%时,控制系统的8位灰度反Gamma变换对图像色彩的损失已非常明显。文中介绍了D801全彩同步控制系统14位灰度的反Gamma变换,大大降低了色彩的损失,系统采用"千兆网卡+接收卡"的控制方式,降低了成本和对硬件设备的要求,让笔记本电脑也能轻松控制大屏幕,开创了新一代同步控制系统的设计模式。 With the rapid promotion of the LED chip light-emitting efficiency and heat dissipation technology,the fill factor coefficient of the LED display has been up to 10%.With the 8-bit gray-scale anti-GAMMA transform of the display control system,the loss of the image color is very evident when the fill factor coefficient is more than 10%.This paper introduces the 14-bit gray-scale anti-GAMMA transformation of the D801 full-color synchronous control system,which reduces the loss of color significantly.The system uses "Gigabit Ethernet + receiver cards"control mode,reducing the requirements of costs and hardware.And Notebook computers can also easily control the big LED display.The new generation design pattern of the synchronous control system has been set up.
